Arrive at Aarunya Nature Resort and settle into your serene surroundings. Begin your wellness journey with a consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor (Roga Rogi Pariksha), followed by an evening full-body therapy session.

Day 02 – Detox & Relaxation

Start the day with Deha Abhyanga (full body herbal oil massage), followed by Pinda Sweda herbal fomentation therapy and Shiro Abhyanga head reflexology for deep relaxation and stress relief.

Day 03 – Therapeutic Healing

Continue your healing journey with full-body oil massage, Kati Vasthi for lower back relief, Griva Vasthi for neck therapy, and Wakthra Abhyanga facial massage for rejuvenation.

Day 04 – Deep Rejuvenation
